Account deletion
Delete your Telosii account.
You can start account deletion from inside Telosii or request deletion by email if you cannot access your account.
In the app
- Sign in to Telosii.
- Open Settings.
- Open the Data section.
- Choose Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm.
In-app deletion permanently deletes your cloud account and associated Telosii data, subject to active subscription handling and any legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution data we must retain.
Outside the app
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@telosii.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
Send the request from the email address on your Telosii account where possible. If you contact us from another address, we may need extra information to verify that you control the account before deleting data.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an external paid subscription. Cancel web subscriptions through the Telosii billing area or Stripe portal. Cancel Android subscriptions through Google Play subscriptions.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
